New Threads: The Fuel Magazine x Unionwell '1931 Hot Rod' Tee

Craig's been working pretty hard on his '31 coupe over the last 12 months. Last year the progress came to a head when he and the car took part in The Race of Gentlemen, a period-correct event where images of years gone by are recreated on the beach with some serious old school racing. After a short lull sitting quietly through winter, Craig's been at it again having the coupe tweaked and modified and has just shown it at the 2016 Detroit Autorama to much praise.

So, when the opportunity came up to work with our new friends at Unionwell in Indonesia on a new tee project, the '31 was the obvious choice. Unionwell are a bunch of super enthusiastic guys from Bandung making some quality garments and lifestyle products. We've traveled to Indonesia a few times over the last couple of years and after spending time with the Unionwell guys and seeing the quality of their work, they were a perfect choice for a collaboration.

The '1931' tee is an all black garment with discharge prints front and back. On the front is the large graphic of Craig's car and the back sports a smaller 'Ford Coupe 1931' logo under the collar. These shirts are of particularly high quality. The folks at Unionwell gave us some cool shirts during a visit some 18 months ago. They get worn a lot and are showing no signs of age as yet.

We're particularly happy with how the collaboration has worked out. To purchase this limited production tee, head to our online shop site. To see more cool items that the Unionwell guys have to offer, head over to their site. There are some nice items on there.
