How is COVID-19 impacting us?

The global COVID-19 pandemic is impacting our overseas shipping rates and shipping times. We use Australia Post as our carrier. They have taken the decision to cancel their economy air shipping service until further notice, effective 3rd April 2020. As this was the service that we had been using to ship all of our overseas deliveries, we are now forced to use a more expensive shipping tier. For this reason, overseas shipping costs for our overseas customers have been raised.

Australia Post are also advising extended delays to overseas shipments. They have laid out some comprehensive knowledge that shows specific information by country. If you are an overseas customer, you can access information about your country by visiting this Australia Post webpage that is being updated regularly.

Shipping rates for Australian customers have not been impacted and remain the same. However, please also allow for delays to domestic shipping due to the problems that Australia Post are experincing at the moment.
