Custom Craft | Ryan Whitling | Hand-Forming an Aluminium Fender Part One [Video]

As part of our Custom Craft series, Ryan Whitling of RAW Fabrication & Design shows us how he hand-fabricates a front fender from start to finish.

With the wooden buck already made, in part one Ryan creates a paper template and then cuts a shape from an aluminium sheet. One fender will be made up of four separate pieces of aluminium.

Part two will show the next phase of Ryan's process.

The car that Ryan is working on is a 1936 Wanderer W25, one of only fourteen accounted for in the world.
